Ramsey, Antonetti, Mayhew & Associates, LLC [R.A.M.] is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in the development and provision of instruction in domestic preparedness for disaster events, whether natural or manmade. We are primarily focused in the continental United States but have the capability to perform around the globe.  R.A.M. also provides consulting and planning services.

The company principals have been involved in the provision of consulting and training services to state and local emergency planning and response agencies since 1999, formally incorporating in April, 2001.  Additionally, to support those state and local training services, R.A.M. has aggressively engaged in the development and delivery of innovative Homeland Security related courses of instruction and exercises through computer or online media, beginning with a nationally distributed computer-based course, Weapons of Mass Destruction – Basic Awareness Training, under grant from the Office for Domestic Preparedness, Department of Justice in FY 2003.
